A double bed is provided situated opposite the kitchen area. Towels and linen are changed twice a week and cleaning is daily - Sleeps up to 2 people.

This 1st floor one bedroom apartment has a shower, air-conditioning in the lounge area, fridge freezer, kitchenette with hob and satellite TV. The bedroom has one double bed and a sofa bed is provided in the lounge/kitchen area for a 3rd and 4th person as required. Towels and linen are changed twice a week and cleaning is daily - Sleeps up to 4 people.

A sofa bed is provided in the lounge/kitchen area for a 5th person if required. Towels and linen are changed twice a week and cleaning is daily - Sleeps up to 5 people.

The Porto Antigo Apartments were at the far end of Santa Maria – far enough out to feel slightly hidden, but near enough to the town to approach everything on foot. I finally got to see the complex on my last day in Sal and assumed I’d blank it, full as I was of hotel fatigue, but I was surprised by its class and gentle air of calm...

Apartment Description

This attractive collection of new, modern studios and apartment is peacefully tucked away, yet centrally located in a much sought after location just a stroll from the local shops and restaurants. The property is unusual in having not one, but two separate secluded beaches for guests.

Some apartments and studios benefit from sea views and all are in close proximity to the large swimming pool and beach. The restaurant and bar provide a relaxing spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or an evening meal or drinks. A terrace with sun loungers borders the pool , alternatively the beach is literally on your doorstep.

Our opinion: A tranquil location yet close to the Santa Maria's amenities and adjacent to the beach; perfect for relaxing.
