The following apartments are available:

One-bedroom apartment (T1)

This apartment comprises of one separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area for a 3rd person. All apartments have air-conditioning, a refrigerator, gas hob, fully equipped kitchen area, hairdryer, shower, telephone, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. Linen is changed once during a stay, no maid service, but a final clean (except for the kitchen area) - Sleeps up to 3 people.

Two-bedroom apartment (T2A)

This apartment has two separate bedrooms (one with twin beds and one triple) and an open plan kitchen/lounge area which accommodates a sofa bed for a 6th person. All apartments have air-conditioning, a refrigerator, gas hob, fully equipped kitchen area, hairdryer, shower, telephone, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. Linen is changed once during a stay, no maid service, but a final clean (except for the kitchen area) - Sleeps up to 6 people.

This apartment has two separate triple bedrooms (3 beds in each), and an open plan kitchen/lounge area which accommodates a sofa bed for a 7th person. All apartments have air-conditioning, a refrigerator, gas hob, fully equipped kitchen area, hairdryer, shower, telephone, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. Linen is changed once during a stay, no maid service, but a final clean (except for the kitchen area) - Sleeps up to 7 people.

The location isn’t as spectacular as some of the properties on Sal, but you’re near the heart of Santa Maria and still very close to the beach...

Apartment Description

Each apartment has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen (complete with hob and fridge freezer), breakfast bar, lounge, dining table and chairs. Owned by an Italian, style and flare are evident in the attractive decoration and furnishings and the apartments are an ideal choice, either for people who want to be totally independent or for families.

With the centre of Santa Maria just 200 metres away shopping is easy, although you may not find the range of brands you would in your local supermarket.

Our opinion: These apartments are well-equipped and provide an excellent alternative to a hotel stay. You will be sure of a warm welcome from the English speaking manager who goes out of her way to make guests feel at home.
