As part of the Company’s policy to reduce the carbon footprint of the office, in 2008, we reduced the purchase of Easter Eggs and the enormous amount of packaging plus put something back: staying with the Easter theme, the Company donated 500 chicks at a cost of £350 to Chettikulam in Sri Lanka to give the community a new income source.
The chicks will provide families with vaccinated chicks that will provide eggs and meat for them to eat and sell.
